Yes! Here comes a little video for the fabulous Classixx remix of
“You Can’t Run From My Love”. The song Munk & Peaches did for Gomma’s Casablanca Reworks Project (in cooperation with Burn Studios).
Out now! Hot forever.
New Young Pony Club’s Lou Hayter joined Mathias / Munk for this beautiful ballad from the last Munk album. New York photographer Hadley Hudson went to Paris, called up her model friend Bianca O’Brian and together they made this video at Hotel Amour. Hot video. Great song.
Mis Labios – the new single from Munk’s “The Bird and The Bird” album came out last week and is getting full support by London first league DJs such as Fatboy Slim, Horse Meat Disco, Annie Mac and many others. (Check the amazing Joyce Muniz and Black Van remixes).
After all the boring clishee piano house tracks of last year this song brings pianos and house on another level. Call it Acid Boogaloo, Barrio House or Latindisco. Its a heavy Latin Piano riff in the style of late 70ies New York Salsa that meets 90ies Acid sounds and nasty Spanish vocals. You ever heard a track like this?
Video made by German upcoming photographer Jan Schuenke, Germany leading street illustrator and writer PAZE, and Maceo. Edited by Matthias Dörfler.
Here comes maybe the hottest video Gomma ever had: Munk “Rue de Rome”.
A sex & crime short movie by upcoming french directors Doublezero.
(Part of Partyzan Crew from Paris – the production company of Michel Gondry, Mr.Oizo and Gaspar Noé)
The song (and video) is a tribute to Marseille. The dirty south french Port city where Mathias from Munk lives part time. The actors are 2 french professional actors, but in the end… surprise… But see for yourself..
The single Rue de Rome has been released on 1st April 2011 including remixes by Black Strobe, Mickey Moonlight, Cécile, etc.
Munk’s new video for “Keep My Secret” (directed by Kill The Tills) is now video of the day on tape.tv! The single is out now with remixes by Rory Phillips, Jacques Renault, and Welcome Stranger.
Last week Gomma released the new Munk single Violent Love. With fat fat remixes by The Twelves and Social Disco Club.
It seems this is a real hit — as the song and the video are on millions of blogs since a few days. The song features Parisian singer Clara Cometti (former member of Koko Von Napoo and keyboarder of The Teenagers) and is taken from Munk’s “Mondo Vagabondo” 5 track E.P.
Check the original Violent Love video by Munich shooting stars Kill the Tills. Featuring french actress Jeanne Tremsal and Munkman & Mathias Modica himself.
Here is the video for the new Munk E.P. Mondo Vagabondo. Violent Love feat. Parisian singer Clara Cometti. The video was done by Munich/Paris artist brothers Kill The Tills and American photographer Hadley Hudson. Starring Jeanne Tremsal and a unknown guy picked up from the streets…. remixes by The Twelves and Social Disco Club out in 3 weeks!
